Custom Hub is the service package dedicated to Custom resellers, designed to simplify the management of fiscal products. Accessible online through Custom4U, it allows remote intervention for firmware updates, configurations, periodic checks, and monitoring of RT devices.
Thanks to modules dedicated to remote upgrades, configuration, and telemetry, Custom Hub helps reduce intervention times, improve operational control, and manage activities related to fiscal printers more efficiently. A platform designed to offer greater continuity, traceability, and anomaly prevention, also in relation to fiscal obligations towards the Italian Revenue Agency.

Remote upgrade
Allows firmware updates to be prepared 24/7 through Custom4U, reducing intervention times and modification rollout costs.
RT device configuration
Allows remote access and modification of RT device configuration and the VAT table, simplifying technical activities.
Periodic check management
Supports the monitoring of periodic visits that are overdue, due during the current month, or scheduled for the following month.
Telemetry and anomaly monitoring
Monitors RT device statuses, highlighting critical alerts, communication issues, and anomalies that require intervention.
Fiscal parameter control
Allows monitoring of detailed memory, summary memory, and failed or incorrect transmissions to the Italian Revenue Agency.

The Telemetry module in Custom Hub lets you monitor the fiscal devices installed at your customers’ sites. Check device status, identify devices approaching the end of their life cycle, verify resets, Hardware Init events and certificate expiry dates, and export data for the entire installed fleet.
